about

This is the first set of recordings I did as Kosmischeboy around 1998/1999, influenced by the big beat scene and Meat Beat Manifesto.

These tracks took on a new life when played live with my live drummer Fozz, and made up the bulk of the early live set alongside tracks from the two EPs i released around the same time.

I still play out a couple of tracks from this album now, so they have stood the test of time!

I've included a handful of unreleased tracks from the same period.

Thanks to TOM STEEPER for hanging on to his SPECIAL EDITION cd all these years, the only CD version to have the track 'Ronnie Says...' on it!

about

kosmischeboy Nottingham, UK

I've been making music for numerous years under various names. Kosmischeboy is my dark electronic stuff, inspired initially by fusing krautrock and dance beats but moving more recently into cinematic breaks, dub and industrial noise.

Since 2010 I've also been playing all over Europe as part of krautrock/psychedelic/noiseniks Temple Music and neo folksters Orchis.
